Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts that sometimes grow tired and discouraged. Forgive us for the prayers we have abandoned, the petitions we stopped bringing before Your throne. Lord, renew our persistence in intercession. Fill us with enduring faith that trusts in Your perfect timing, even when answers seem delayed. Help us to pray without ceasing, knowing that You hear every word and honor every faithful cry. Strengthen our resolve to keep knocking until You open the door.

Persistent prayer transforms us as much as it moves circumstances. While we wait, God works in our hearts—purifying our motives, strengthening our dependence on Him, and teaching us to trust His character over our circumstances. The widow in Luke 18 didn’t have a loving judge, yet she persisted. We have a Father who delights in giving good gifts to His children.
