“Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” - 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Finding joy in every situation can be challenging, yet Paul reminds us that rejoicing is a decision aligned with faith. Even amidst trials, our prayerful conversation with God allows us to remain thankful. Each prayer becomes a conduit of surrender and gratitude, ushering us deeper into His will.

How can I find peace when I am stressed out or worried?

The Bible reassures us in Philippians 4:6-7: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” By turning your worries into prayers, peace takes the place of stress, surrounding you with God’s protective love.
