Heavenly Father, we come before You this morning with open hands and humble hearts. We acknowledge that our plans are limited by our finite understanding, while Your wisdom stretches into eternity. Lord, overrule our plans with Yours. Where we have held too tightly to our own agendas, grant us the grace to release them into Your capable hands. The Hebrew word for “establishes” carries the meaning of making firm, securing, and directing. While we sketch the outline of our journey, God holds the pen that writes the final story. This isn’t a call to passivity but to humble partnership—we plan prayerfully, then hold those plans with open palms, ready for divine adjustment. The most beautiful chapters of our lives often emerge when God redirects what we thought was our perfect path.
