Heavenly Father,

Show us today how to courageously stand for what is right, without forfeiting our compassion. Lead us to walk humbly, keeping hearts pure and gentle both in triumph and in trial, and enable us to extend mercy generously as You have to us.

The Scripture tells us: “Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of Him who is the head, that is, Christ.” – Ephesians 4:15. God calls us to balance honesty with compassion. While speaking truth, remain gentle and respectful. Allow the Holy Spirit to guide your heart and words, making sure that truth lifts others up, rather than tearing them down.
